Having trouble choosing a tv...help

Im having trouble finding a set I can live with. The main problem is I can't seem to find a set that dosen't have the noise that looks like thousands of knats all over the screen. Then their is the motion blur, inaccurate color...etc. I have no problem seeing all the digital artifacts & noise on all the tv's I've seen so far. I really don't like red push, or the glowing green either. Most of the reviews I have read here & on other sites don't include info on the noise issues I've listed. I'm looking for recommendations from anyone who can see the knats, and have found a tv that doesn't have them. No one else in my family can see them, but I doubt I'm alone in being able to.  Cost isn't the issue. Just want a tv that doesn't have noise, red push, glowing greens, motion blur, and has a decent black level. Tv type isn't important either. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks, Chuck.
