I think everyone might simply be missing the point. If someone thinks the utopias do not sound like music. Ok I agree they do not sound like a u2 concert. They sound much better. I wear earplugs at rock concerts. They sound awful. I think many audiophiles try to reproduce that. I just saw gustov holst at The kravis center In west palm beach florida{Sorry the houston symphony playing the planets. ] I also was very lucky to see beethovens 9th with the palm beach opera. I have the nova utopia bes and sound lab aura + I cannot listen to my system for a day or two after a symphony. No speaker on earth can give you the real thing. I do however agree with elliot that the jm labs can get you as close as It can be humanly possible. Let's face It we audiophiles are REPRODUCING music. I also agree that the logans are very good as well. Not as pure as the sound labs but great speakers. I wish more audiophiles would simply go out and see a live symphony with no speakers mics or amps. Most of you guys would be rethinking your audio components . Honestly elliot simply needs to be more polite to his customers . He has a great store but treats his customers like children. Be a little more polite elliot and I will send some more business. Have some open houses and bring real musicians . I have a few who would love to do It. Then play the utopias compared to the real thing. That will settle the argument once and for all.
My room is 16 by 24 and I would think that you would want a room of that size or bigger for this speaker. The Grand moves a lot of air and it might overpower a small space.
You know you are always welcome.

I dunno how people afford these, I should just shoot myself for being born and raised in a 3rd world country slum
Don't worry, most first-worlders can't afford them either.
Could you please tell me the idle room size for Grande to operate at their ultimate best.Elliot G.
