excessive heat in media center

lest -- Tue, 10/30/2007 - 01:10

I have a media center where I have a satellite receiver, tuner/amp, DVD player, and LP player. There is a screen grid in the back but the air in the center becomes very warm and I'm looking for a cooling solution. I've looked for some small fans (like computer fans) but I can't find any. Therefore I'm looking for help in solving my problem. Thanks for your time-Les

Are your units in a rack and overheating? If so a simple Mid-Atlantic rack fan could help.

If its purely the room that seesm to hot, you may want to get a indoor A/C unit. Or simply open a window. There are also whats know as muffin fans. these may be helpful...
Email me ill try to help you out
