Eminent Technology LFT8b's?

Anybody have experience with this speaker? Opinions? Can't find to much info on this speaker online. The design is interesting, looks odd, but unique. Sound best with tube or SS? Large room or small? Owner seems very passionate.
Seems they don't advertise......are they marginalized within the hi-fi business?
