I'm looking for a DSP for use with a traditional stereo system comprised of a Conrad-Johnson CT 5 preamp, Marsh Sound Design amp (A400), cd player, turntable and arm with Dunlavy SC IV speakers. What are my choices? I know nothing about them-not even who makes them. Best value? Prices? (Am I in the right forum?) Thanks, JD II
When you say DSP, do you mean a speaker and room-correction device? If so, consider the TacT, Audyssey Sound Equalizer, and Copland, all of which have been reviewed in The Absolute Sound. I'm not sure how many of these reviews are posted on avguide, but those are some brand names to search for reviews.
