I read with great interest in TPV issue #70 the review of Dell's W3706MC 37" LCD. Checking their site, they now have W3707C. This is their info:

The W3707C has a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. This high resolution means that you get such a vivid and rich picture, watching a football game feels almost like being in the stadium. The W3707C is powered by a Genesis® Cortez Advance chipset, which can reduce blurring and help smooth jagged edges to give you incredible picture detail.

Is this a better chip? Any idea who makes the LCD panels (Samsung or NEC out of China ?) who might be doing the circuit boards for Dell...just wondering..
It also says it has a responce time of 8ms (vs the 12ms on the reviewed set).
The list price for this set is $1599.....I'm going to be looking to buy around next spring.......the different chip set, faster responce time, & better price........is this something to look forward too ? Wonder what might be out next spring....
