Chairman and long-time concert promoter Michael Cohl is out. CEO Michael Rapino won the battle over whether to put more emphasis on "360 Deals" in which artists get big upfront fees (e.g. $120 million for Madonna) in return for a cut of all the artist's revenue streams (recorded music, merchandise, touring etc). Rapino wants to do fewer of these deals.
