Component video to compositeI

I have component video cables going from my Scientific Atlanta DVR cable box to my HDTV. I would like to split the cables and run them into a DVD recorder, but I cannot find any with component inputs (only outputs). Is there a way to convert component video to composite, or do you know of a DVD recorder with these inputs?

I know the SA DVR box has composite outputs for archiving video, but it's such a pain to do it because you have to play it on the PIP.

Any help would be appreciated.
