Clearaudio Emotion SE

No U.S. press yet on this TT to my knowledge.  Has anyone had a chance to listen?  I'm interested in comparisons to the new Pro-Ject PerspeX, the 9.1 and 9.2 also from Pro-Ject, and maybe a Michelle Technodec or Roksan 5.2.  Compared to the UK price, the Emotion SE seems like a steal over here, especially since you can get a Maestro cartridge for 40% off if you get that model, but maybe its low for a reason.  I'm using a PrimaLuna Dialogue 2 integrated with built in MM phono pre and NHT classic 3s.  I like an engaging, live sound, that errs on the side of warm, but transparency is of course very important as well.  If I get a Pro-Ject, Rega, or Clearaudio, or Linn, I can also get a great deal on a Benz Ace SL or Micro Glider SL.
I've also considered a Scout, but it may be too analytical for me from what I've read, though who can tell how it would be with my system.

Hi Radiomir. I'm using a clearaudio emotion for almost over a year now. It's not an se version but i've upgraded with the cmb and the new feet, so it's almost identical. The sound is very fast and detailed and errr, emotional.  Ofcourse this is so influented by the kind of cartridge you use. I've used a dynvector and a zyx. I say it's a safe buy, especially when you consider there's an upgrade path too.
For instance adding the pro-ject speedbox SE which will put the performance to an even higher level!
But offcourse, try to give it a listen first,
friendly greetings, Hans
