Chesky Records

Does anyone know if Chesky Records is still in business. I ordered some discs last summer and haven't received them, and none of my calls or emails have been answered. I noted some fine Chesky recordings recently listed in "The Absolute Sound," but folks ought to be alerted if all we're doing is contributing to Mr. Chesky's bankruptcy fund. ddmmxx.

They no longer answer their telephone or email but are still taking orders online.
I p resume their doors are locked and that the money I paid is lost..

I know that they own HDTracks- which is still functioning, and that the Cheskys just sent me a newsletter from HDTracks

This is bizarre. I am pretty sure they are in business since David is a good friend. I will alert him to the issue if not already resolved.
