Best amplifier for Martin Logan Clx

I am looking to buy a new amplifier to drive a pr of martin logan clx,
My system is:
Audioresearch REF5, ARC DAC8, ARC PH8 phono stage, VPI Classic/Dynavector 20h /SDS power line, Transparent reference speakers cables and interconnects, transparent reference ac cords.
I have heard stories about tube vs ss amps with them and differents points of view, some peoples think that tubes will be better and others think SS amps.
 
My budget is around 12,000.00 dollars, have anyone heard the Audioresearch DS450 mono amps?
any help will be appreciated
