BAT VK-75SE

I am thinking about getting a VK-75SE. I am using arc REF7 and opera callas divina speakers which do not need so much power. There are easy to drive.
I tried the amp with arc LS15. My first impression has been the need to control the bass extension of the amp. The gain was to high. The matching was not appropriate. I do not have the chance to couple with a linestage of bat because the dealer do not have it.
My second try will be with a LS17 which I think will give a better reply to my concerns. While waiting for the second test I will be please to read your opinions about any others matching possibilities.
I brought yesterday at home the ls17 from my dealer. thanks to him.Compared to the ls15 it is obvious that with the ls 17 we solved a big part of the problem related to the bass extension. The main desappointment that I had with these linestages has been the lake in the volume control. Indeed the gain difference between the levels is too big and sometimes that makes nervous. I understand now why arc has used a volume control more ventilated in the ls26 and ref3. going to the ref3... why not...
