A/V Switch multiple ins & single out

kiefen -- Tue, 10/07/2008 - 12:15

First off, I'm a noob. Well, sort of. I did try to search your forums and others for an answer to this, but didn't find. So if this is a re-post, I apologize.

I have two tv's. An old tube television with several older consoles hooked up to it. Intellivision, Atari, NES, on a composite switch. Nostalgia!

Now I have a 52" LCD that I want to do the following:

Hook up a Xbox360, PS3, Wii, PS2, Gamecube, Xbox, Dreamcast, PC, and have slots ot spare for later additions.

So more or less have:
4+ component
4 HDMI (3 if I can find something that has 1 DVI as well)
On a single splitter, with 1 HDMI out to the LCD, and the audio out to a theater system.

It's a PTA to switch the video input on the display, the tuner, and a possibly a switch. So I'm trying to simplify. :D

Is this possible for a reasonable price? The only thing I've found that's close is a DVDO, however they are priceeey...
