Hello, I am a new member at audiotechindustries and I beleive this website is going to be the new wave of buying/selling used audio equipment. The site is totally free and has a lot to offer. They have setup a "members personal audio gallery for members to add and show their systems along with a comment feature for socail interacting. It also has a "product alert notification" feature to notify you when you are looking for a speicific piece of audio gear that becomes available on the classifieds via email and text messaging. Check out this site, i think you will see what i mean by it being the new wave.

Looks like that site has the same goals as AudioMart, which aims to be a free alternative to Audiogon for hobbyists. Similar feature set too, from Notifications to Member Gallery. Check it out, so far people like it, though the Audiotechindustries looks good too.

I am a member of both of these free sites and i tend to favor ATi. I like the layout in ATi front end and users admin page.

theTubeguy -- Fri, 08/10/2012 - 12:29

I am a member also and i see this site going somewhere. Its has great potential to become the new audiogon. The owner has a vision of keeping this website completely free, The company is banking on in a few years to be supported by banner advertising leaving the classifieds, members perosnal audio galleries free and product alert nitisfication totally free. Good Job AudioTechIndustries  A+++

jazzman1 -- Sat, 08/11/2012 - 07:52

I checked out the site and it looks really great! I think its about time someone else steps up to the plate and give us audiophiles an opportunity to have a free high-end audio & pro audio classifieds. I use to be a audiogon member but they change their website and it really sucked now. Also, they keep increasing the cost to advertise.
I give a thumbs up to AudioTech Industries high-end / pro audio community.

I agree that the site looks really great. I'm really happy to find an alternative to audiogon. Tim, it's Nice to know that I'm not the only one that thinks that the new audiogon website sucks. Between that and the costs, I've been looking around for other sites. Jagdynamics, thanks so much for letting us know about the AudioTech Industries site. But most of all, thanks to everyone at AudioTechIndustries for the new website. It's just what the audiophile comunity needed.

duelund1 -- Sun, 08/12/2012 - 09:02

I just join this site and currently have one classified ad. the site looks great and looks like its got some great potential. what i like is the classifieds are free.

Hello,
This is a very unique website. I really like the product alert notification program. I have added some audio gear that I was looking for and i was notify the other day that someone has added this particular item that I have been looking for. This product alert notification program has the option of receiving a text message and of coarse it is default to send you an email. To use this program is totally free, you just have to be a member to use it.

I know the webmaster of this site and he feels that everyone should have a free High-end and Pro Audio classified site  to buy and sell their audio equipment. The webmaster (David Picarsic) has been an audiophile for over 40yrs...  He also created a "Members Personal Audo Gallery w/comment feature for everyone to show their stuff and use the comment to interact with other members about their audio gear and get educated from existing users of specific audio gear.
I am a member of this website and I am please to be part of this growing audio community.

I really like the "members personal audio" even though there isn't much in the galleries but that is to be expected from a new site. I think once everyone finds out about this site that it will be extremely active.

proaudiozone -- Mon, 08/20/2012 - 20:31

Hello,
I am a member also in AudioTechIndustries.com and what i really like about this site besides it being totally free is the webmaster has created a venue for high-end audio classifieds and pro audio classifieds. The members personal audio galleries are setup the same way. I believe this will be very educating to both sides of the fence.  I am going to repeat what Bill Best said at the end of his comment. Come join us at AudioTechIndustries.com

I just purchase new Marten Coltrane II to replace the Marten Coltrane full range speakers which I just sold on AudioTechIndustries.com for $29K. I was really surprise how fast these speakers sold in this site.  For being a fairly new site, I had over 200 responses for my classified ad.

audioquest -- Wed, 08/29/2012 - 16:54

I have heard these Marten Coltrane II in my friends studio and they are totally outstanding. I missed out on the Marten Coltrane you have now pending in AudioTechIndustries.

jazzman1 -- Sun, 08/26/2012 - 17:31

I have been a member now since June 26th and I have used the "Product Alert" notification program and i just now was notified by email and text messaging that a product I was looking for was added to the classifieds. I was looking for a Lamm preamp LL2 deluxe and the first one listed in AudioTechIndustries was exactly what I was looking to pay. Without this product alert feature, i probably would have missed out on this good deal. This preamp sold new for $5k and I got it for $1650.00 and is in excellent condition. I just wanted to say they the product alert program in AudioTechIndustries.com is a great asset to the site.

jazzman1, yes this product alert is a very good features to use for those who are always missing out on a good deal when they are away from their computer while at work or while they're out and about from home.

asindc -- Tue, 08/28/2012 - 12:08

I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. I'm all for more competition in this area. I have joined the audiotechindustries site and I am also a member of Stereolist.com. Count me among the many who have been turned off by the recent changes at audiogon. I find myself rarely going there these days except to research something in the forums. I will be browsing audiotechindustries on a regular basis.

jazzman1 -- Tue, 08/28/2012 - 19:37

Hi asindc,
welcome to AudioTechIndustries community, free classifieds, and more... This site actually started doing some advertising in July.  I like it a lot and have no problems with this site like i am getting with audiogon.

soundadvise -- Fri, 08/31/2012 - 07:10

I just joined audiotechindustries.com and the site looks good. i am looking forward to see this site grow and take over as the new replacement of audiogon.

theTubeguy -- Fri, 09/07/2012 - 15:19

As a member of AudioTechindustries.com I just want to say the traffic has been increasing ten folds. I have sold some tubes quicker here than what i have sold in audiogon. ATi has definitely got my vote for becoming the new venue for audiophiles to buy and sell. They are always upgrading and adding new features. The latest feature they are working on is the "Dynamic Comment System" for the members personal audio galleries. It is very simular to this comment program here at avguide but a little more integrated with the attire site.

tubetechno -- Sun, 09/09/2012 - 16:55

I give this website an A+++ for its layout and the goals this webmaster has planned for this site to become to new wave for audiophiles to use this site as a venue in buying/selling high-end audio gear. Its about time we have a site that is totally free.

jagdynamics -- Sun, 09/23/2012 - 07:10

www.audiotechindustries.com has just added more filters for the classified search program.

theTubeguy -- Sat, 10/13/2012 - 11:36

I like how the search classifieds in each category only search within the category your viewing since you have added a search classifieds to the homepage that searches the whore database. good job jagdynamics!

audioquest -- Sat, 11/10/2012 - 03:50

AudioTech Industries has just launch their "Product of the month" program allowing audio companies to add their new or existing products. These articles are approved by the administrative team before they are implemented.
