audio solution for Bravia, PS3 and MacBook Pro

I have a 46" Sony Bravia TV, a PS3 (that I use mostly as a bluray player) and an Apple MacBook (DVI video with an M-Audio FireWire 1814 external HIFI audio device). It's all in a small room, so I don't need enormous wattage. I'd like to find a home-theater or stereo system that can connect all of this while providing good audio including at least 5.1 surround sound. In the future, I'd like to be able to add a Nintendo Wii, and possibly a DVR (although broadcast TV feels obsolete anymore). What is the right product for me? Oh, and I'd really like to be able to control it all through a single remote, or at least the blu-ray player and the volume.

P.S. Is there any way to send feedback to Sony that I'm really disappointed that the Sony PS3 remote control with it's gazillion mostly useless buttons can't even control the volume on my Sony TV?
