Anthem's AVM HDMI update

I'm considering the Anthem offer to up date my AVM20 with HDMI connections for about $2600. It would have 3 HDMI inputs and one output which is what I presently need. I've not found any information as to the audio/video capabilities of the conversion in terms such as HDMI vol 1.3a, color processing, Dolby TrueHD etc. I'd appreciate input on the subject. If not the upgrade what would be my alternatives for a quality home theater control not costing more.
