Advice needed

I'm looking for a pre-amp for my home audio set-up. I had a Carver CT-26V Tuner/ Pre-amp, but it's old & not working !!!!

I need enough in-puts & out-puts, to run all of the equipment that I have.

What I have is: (two) Carver A-500X amps, a Magnum Dynalab #102~FM Tuner, an Oracle Delphi Mark V Turntable connected to a Jolida JD-9A phono tube pre-amp, a Teac CD/ Cassette player (all-in-one), & a pair of Senheiser HD-600 headphones. All of this is connected into (two) pairs of Polk Audio Floor Monitor 10's, a J.B.L. Center channel speaker, & a Velodyne SPL-#1200 floor sub,(all in my living room). I also have a sun porch that has another set of book- shelf J.B.L.'s, that I like to play separately, off of this equipment.

As far as I can tell, I need at least (two) outputs for the Carver amps + an out-put terminal for my Velodyne floor sub, & about "4" input Auxiliary terminals for the rest of the gear? I'd also like this pre-amp to have switchable (A)~(B) & (A&B) speaker knobs, so that I can play this system either in my living room or on my sun porch, or both at the same time...

I'd like to spend (at least) around $1,500.00 for this new pre-amp.

I'm basically a two~channel type of guy, but I'm willing to try tubes or a 3.1,~ 5.1, or 7.1 system if it works with what I have ??? I just love vinyl L.P.'s & FM Radio. I guess I'm "Old School," looking for a fit...

If anyone out there knows of a system that is compatable for this set-up, I'm listening & buying...
