The only line longer than the one for coffee was the one to enter Exceptional Innovations' home automation system in the convention center parking lot. We'd seen it at CEDIA, so we opted to visit with Russound, which showed its Smart Media Console. Incorporating the big technologies like Intel's ViiV, Core2Duo processor, and Windows Vista, as well as HD video tuners and Dolby Digital Surround, this do-it-all wonder may help push whole-house automation to the next level.
