Hi, great guide but not at all complete without the best way of playing HiRes FLAC existing to day, the Bryston BDP-1 interface.
Loaded with HiRes FLAC the sound is outperforming anything on the market today. Don`t take my word for it, go and listen !

WHAT BEST ALL AROUND BLU-RAY PLAYER WITH BEST SOUND PLAYS ALL CDS PRINTS AND"FORMATS". SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH. IF I CAN'T GET THE BEST SOUND, I'LL SURELY BUY AN OTHER CD PLAYER; I GAVE MY OLD " CAL" PLAYER TO MY BROTHER IN LAW; MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE KEPT IT. IS THE "OPPO" PLAYER THE BEST ALL AROUND OR REGA OR CAMBRIDGE, MAYBE ARCAM. MY SYSTEM IS: " AUDIO RESEARCH PREAMP"," SIMAUDIO CELESTE REFERENCE", "TANNOY BELVEDERE", AND "YBA TUNER". I THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. geraldservant [at] bell [dot] net
