Great to see PS Audio returning to the US. I dont live in US but I would rather buy US made than Chinese made. Funny, as long as the product works it should make no difference. According to Paul McGowan there has been trouble with the Chinese manufactured goods. I have a couple of Duets and a Juicebar and the Perfect Wave DAC and Transport plus a couple of Power Cords. I used to own a phono stage as well and can say that I never had a problem with any of them.
I wish PS Audio all the best.They make good value gear.
