Verity Audio to Actively Display the Lohengrin II and Amadis Loudspeakers at CES 2012

January 10-13, 2012, Las Vegas, Nevada - Please join us during CES 2012 in Penthouse Suite* at The Mirage Hotel where we will be actively displaying the Verity Amadis with dCS and Musical Fidelity electronics, and at Venetian Tower Suite 35-309 where will be actively displaying Lohengrin II with LAMM electronics.

On display are the pinnacle of the Verity design team's 18 years of dedication to their art: the mighty Lohengrin II, and the latest in its new series of higher-sensitivity loudspeaker designs, Amadis.

Those who've been fortunate enough to spend time with it know Lohengrin II needs no introduction. The benchmark for all of Verity's design efforts, Lohengrin II combines proprietary technologies, including the proprietary and designed-and-manufactured-in-house Verity Audio pure ribbon tweeter, to provide a performance like no other. Occupying a place in the product line just above the legacy Verity Audio product, Parsifal Ovation, the two-cabinet three-way Amadis uses custom 6" midrange and 9.5" woofer drive units, the radical Neo-dome tweeter first used in the Verity Leonore, a new crossover topology, and the refined industrial desgin from our latest offerings. Amadis is a nominal 8-ohm load and features a generous 93dB 1w/1m sensitivity rating, making it an agreeable load for many amplifier topologies. Amadis has a transparent, natural character across its wide bandwidth. Midrange palpability, tonality and texture are what one has come to expect from a Verity loudspeaker- pristine, accurate, and natural. And its extension, detail, and power at the frequency extremes are truly world-class.
