According to a company press release, the visionary English high end hi-fi manufacturer Sonneteer is introducing the Morpheus Music Centre, an audio hub that provides a convenient gateway to all your digital music, regardless of form.
The release says that one key function of the Morpheus is that it provides access to more than 14,000 Internet radio stations and 23,000 on-demand programs via Reciva Internet radio. The Morpheus is more than just an Internet radio, however. When it is connected to a wired or wireless home network, the Morpheus can stream music from a computer. It also has analog inputs to connect CD players or other devices, a 3.5mm stereo input for MP3 players, a USB port for memory sticks or hard drives, and an SD memory card slot. The Morpheus has a 100-watt Sonneteer stereo amplifier and a Pre-Out for an adjunct amplifier.
The release says that Sonneteer has an ultra-slim machined aluminum chassis that enables it to be wall-mounted or sit on a table.
Pricing: Varies with international currency exchange rates, but is approximately $4995.
