Jamo Rolls Out 18 New Custom-Install Speakers

In late March, Jamo, which bills itself as a “Danish-inspired” speaker brand and which is owned by the Indianapolis-based Klipsch Group, announced one of the largest architectural speaker rollouts in its 40 year history with 18 total new speakers in its 600 and 400 lineup aimed at custom installations. The rollout will begin April 1.

All of the speakers sport Jamo’s core technologies, such as, WaveGuide, Hard Conical Cones, Decoupled Tweeter Technology (DTT), and solid aluminum center plugs.

The 600 lineup will replace the Jamo K4 series and will include a mix of 11 LCR and surround in-wall and in-ceiling speakers. Key features of these speakers are their DTT silk dome tweeters for vibration-free performance and high-end composite woofers.

Replacing Jamo’s former A2 series will be the new 400 lineup, comprising three in-walls and four in-ceiling models. The 400s feature titanium dome tweeters and Kevlar woofers.

Pricing for the 600 and 400 custom line range from $299 to just under $900 (MSRP).
