Frank Sinatra Makes Digital Debut

According to a press release, nearly all of Frank Sinatra’s albums with Reprise Records are now available as digital downloads. Thirty-three albums are available, 18 of which are iTunes exclusives.

The release continues by saying that in 1960, seeking greater artistic freedom, Sinatra founded Reprise Records. With his new label—and new nickname, “Chairman of the Board”—Sinatra released a number of hit albums, starting with 1961’s Ring-A-Ding-Ding!. In fact, throughout his 20-year tenure at Reprise, Sinatra produced 11 Billboard Top Ten albums.

The press release includes the following list showing the albums that the digital service providers will carry.
