CEDIA Discoveries—Next-Generation Integra A/V Receivers & Controllers

At CEDIA Expo 2009 Integra announced its Fall 2009 A/V lineup with a product family that includes four new AVRs and two new A/V Controllers (or “Preamp/Processors,” as Integra calls them. All models in the family carry THX certification—some at the THX Select2 Plus level, others at the THX Ultra2 Plus level.

New AVR offerings are as follows:

· DTR-40.1, $1000, THX Select2 Plus, 7 x 100 Wpc, network-enabled, Audyssey MultEQ and DSX support, Dolby PL IIz support, Faroudja DCDi Cinema video processing.

· DTR-50.1, $1400, THX Select2 Plus, 7 x 135 Wpc, network and USB-enabled, Audyssey MultEQ and DSX Support, Dolby PLIIz support, Faroudja DCDi Cinema video processing .

· DTR-70.1, $2000, THX Ultra2 Plus, 9 x 140 Wpc, network and USB-enabled, Audyssey MultEQ XT and DSX support, Dolby PL IIz and Dolby Volume support, HQV Reon-VX video processing.

· DTR-80.1, $2800, THX Ultra2 Plus, 9 x 145 Wpc, network and USB-enabled, Audyssey MultEQ XT and DSX support, Dolby PL IIz and Dolby Volume support, HQV Reon-VX video processing.

New A/V Preamp Processor offerings include:

· DHC-40.1, $1200, THX Ultra2 Plus, 7.1-channel, network-enabled, Audyssey MultEQ and DSX support, Dolby PL IIz support, Faroudja DCDi Cinema video processing.

· DHC 80.1, $2300, THX Ultra2 Plus, 9.2-channel, network and USB-enabled, Audyssey MultEQ XT and DSX support, Dolby PL IIz and Dolby Volume support, HQV Reon-VX video processing.

All models described above are either available now, or will become available within this month (October, 2009).
