Audio-Technica Debuts Affordable Phono Preamp

According to a press release, Audio-Technica is introducing the AT-PEQ3 ($119), a compact and affordable phono preamp whose introduction coincides with today’s renaissance in vinyl listening.

The press release continues by saying that the AT-PEQ3 is designed for use with moving-magnet (MM) type phono cartridges and uses high-quality integrated circuits and internal parts in order to provide exceptional signal purity and low-noise operation. The unit features gold-plated RCA input and output connectors.
